The Buccaneers haven’t rested on their free-agency haul from the first few days of this year’s frenzy. The team has announced, according to Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune, a one-year deal with veteran guard Oniel Cousins. Cousins started four games in 2013 and appeared in all 16, during his third season with the Browns. Before that, he spent three years with the Ravens. He has 59 career appearances and nine career starts.
