With Tom Brady officially retiring, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a massive hole to fill at the quarterback spot. Going from one of the game’s greatest players to another option is rarely easy.

The Buccaneers already have a great team in place for whoever their next quarterback is. A proven veteran would help the team contend but a young player out of the draft may be the long-term franchise star that has long evaded the Bucs. The team has already met with one of the biggest names in the 2022 NFL Draft, Kenny Pickett.

Pickett, a highly touted quarterback from the University of Pittsburgh, will likely be the first QB taken in the draft.
