The two biggest superstars signed during Major League Baseball's offseason are not drumming up the kind of support needed to start the All-Star Game on July 9.

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper (10th among NL outfielders with 498,100 votes) and San Diego Padres infielder Manny Machado (sixth among NL third basemen with 207,354 votes) haven't yet received enough votes to place inside the starters election spots for the 2019 Midsummer Classic, per MLB's updated voting results.

The top nine outfielders and top three vote-getters at every other position as of June 21 will advance to the starters election, which will determine the All-Star Game's starting lineups.
