The Browns have declined to comment on Johnny Manziel's latest partying controversy -- the "money phone'' video on Instagram. A team spokesman said the club will not respond to the video, in which Manziel is holding a big stack of money and pretending it's a phone. Manziel tries to talk into the "phone'' but tells his pals, "I can't hear you! There's too much money in my f------ hand!'' The video was posted on Instagram by jtgolfer99. It was taken in Houston, where Manziel was celebrating "Houston Appreciation Weekend" with good pal and hip hop star Drake. Once again, Manziel is out partying and having a great time -- which he's done every weekend since the Browns drafted him No. 22 overall on May 8. The video comes on the heels of Manziel floating on a swan with a big bottle of alcohol in Austin, Texas last weekend; partying with Drake the weekend before while at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere in Los Angeles; and living it up in Vegas over Memorial Day Weekend with Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski. At the NFLPA Rookie Premiere, USA Today Sports snapped photos of Manziel taking a nap under a skirted table after an autograph signing, the morning after partying late with Drake. Manziel, who is in a battle with Brian Hoyer for starting quarterback job, was also photographed with a magnum of champagne on draft night. After the swan photo from last weekend, coach Mike Pettine said he's not concerned about Manziel's antics.
