The Cleveland Browns are about to be on the clock — again. With a 20-3 loss against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, the Browns clinched the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft while moving to 0-15 on the season. A loss next week against the Pittsburgh Steelers would make the Browns just the second team after the 2008 Detroit Lions to go 0-16. If Cleveland retains the pick, it would become the first team to make consecutive No. 1 overall selections since the Browns picked Tim Couch and Courtney Brown in the top slot in 1999 and 2000. Defensive end Myles Garrett was the first selection of the 2017 NFL draft.
