With more and more NFL games being played on foreign turn, the Denver Broncoswant to get it in on the action.

Broncos team president/CEO Joe Ellis has been pushing for the Broncos to get an international game for years, and he remains hopeful that Denver will soon get to play in another country, according to Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic.

“I sure hope so. We’ve been requesting for years and it’s fallen on deaf ears, and I think a part of that is just certain matchups that are available for the teams that do need to play over there,” said Ellis. “Some teams, for stadium reasons and market reasons, have had to play over there. I pushed hard when Peyton Manning was here. The problem was every team we played wanted Peyton Manning on their season-ticket package on the road and not in London. So that didn’t quite work out.”
