Even before he entered the NBA, Brandon Ingram has already received a lot of comparison to the game of Kevin Durant. He is also a natural at the small forward position, and versatile enough to switch to the four spot as well. However, the obvious similarity they have is their lanky frames, which may have led to many comparing them. Now in his second year in the league with the Los Angeles Lakers, Ingram has shown that he has a different playing style than the reigning Finals MVP. He is more of a slasher, and is at his best while driving to the basket, although he proved on Thursday night that he has also improved his outside shooting. Ingram nailed a cold-blooded 3-pointer against the Philadelphia 76ers with 0.8 seconds left, which turned out to be the game-winner.
