SMU offensive lineman Braxton Webb has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, sources confirmed to Pony Stampede. The San Angelo, Texas native appeared in five games during his SMU career.
After redshirting in 2016, the former Central High standout played in two games in 2017, did not appear in a game in 2018 and played in three games in 2019. Webb graduated this past week and will have one year of eligibility remaining.
The offensive line makeover for SMU includes bringing in double-digit offensive linemen in the past year. The Mustangs return four or five offensive linemen from the starting unit off the 2019 team. Head coach Sonny Dykes highlighted the change for SMU.
