Braves starting pitcher Mike Minor has spent the entirety of the 2014 season on the disabled list with a shoulder injury, but that will likely change within a week. The Braves are tenatively planning on having Minor take the mound next Saturday, per David O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Minor, 26, was 13-9 with a 3.37 ERA (123 ERA-plus), 1.09 WHIP and 181 strikeouts in 204 2/3 innings last season. He's appeared in four minor-league rehab games this season, posting a 3.52 ERA with 17 strikeouts in 15 1/3 innings. In his most recent outing, Minor worked six innings, giving up four hits and two earned runs.
