According to Ian Rapoport, free agent LT Branden Albert has an offer from the Seahawks, but he has left Seattle without an agreement in place. Rapoport indicates that Albert could possibly meet with the Giants, even though their meeting last week was canceled. A report from a few months ago actually said that Albert has no desire to play football anymore. Although that came shortly after he was released by the Jaguars. Albert retired while he was a member of the Jaguars only to return to the team during the preseason, which eventually led to his release. Many speculated that Albert unretired in order to not have to pay back $3.4 million of his signing bonus that he would have owed the Jaguars.
