Borussia Dortmund's desire to sign Michy Batshuayi could hand Chelsea an important foothold in the race to sign Christian Pulisic this summer. Dortmund are ready to make an offer for Batshuayi who has impressed since joining from Chelsea on loan on deadline day scoring five goals in three games. Chelsea refused to sell the Belgium striker in January but may be open to negotiating Batshuayi's departure in the summer if it opens the door for them to sign Pulisic. The USA international is regarded as one of the most talented teenagers in world football at the moment. He has attracted enquiries from Manchester United and Liverpool who have noted his electric pace and ability to play as a winger or playmaker. Pulisic is under contract until 2020 and Dortmund are reluctant to sell but the 19-year-old has openly admitted a desire to test himself in the Premier League.
