Brock Boeser has spent most of the 2017-18 season as the NHL's leading rookie goal-scorer. The Minnesota native and University of North Dakota product has been the go-to offensive player for the Vancouver Canucks, and entered play Saturday fifth among all NHL skaters in goals. His latest score was history-making. Boeser scored on Saturday against the St. Louis Blues, his 20th goal of the season in his 34th game. In doing so, Boeser became the fastest Canucks rookie in franchise history to reach the 20-goal mark. The previous record-holder was Pavel Bure, who scored the 20th goal of his rookie season in his 49th game.
