Charlotte Bobcats sophomore forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was in so much pain he wore a walking boot Thursday. Charlotte Bobcats forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is suffering from plantar fasciitis in his right foot and has been ruled out of their game against the Milwaukee Bucks Friday, reports Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer. Head coach Steve Clifford will start Jeff Taylor in his place. The pain was severe enough to force Kidd-Gilchrist to wear a walking boot on Thursday, and there is no outlook on how long the injury could leave him sidelined. Clifford stated he is "optimistic" the injury could clear up in a few days.
