Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. exited in the second inning of Friday's spring training game against the Tampa Bay Rays with discomfort in his right knee, the team announced.
Guerrero appeared to suffer the injury running the bases following a single in the first inning. He jogged very slowly into second base on a throw to home.
