The Blue Jays announced Monday that they’re re-signed righty Luis Santos to a minor league contract and invited him to Major League Spring Training. The 26-year-old Santos (27 in February) made his Major League debut with the Jays back in September and tossed 16 2/3 innings of relief down the stretch. In that brief time, he posted a 2.70 ERA with a 16-to-4 K/BB ratio and a 33.3 percent ground-ball rate. He was also tagged for four home runs.
