Nicolas Batum scored 16 of his 21 points in the opening quarter. He flirted with a triple-double by pulling down nine rebounds and distributing nine assists. Mo Williams sparked the bench with a season-high 23 points on seven-of-12 shooting. Wesley Matthews supplied 26 points and Robin Lopez finished with a double-double: 15 points and 14 rebounds. Damian Lillard struggled to find his stroke early on but picked it up, going seven-for-21 to end the contest with 20 points and four assists.
