Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles has signed his rookie contract ahead of the team’s second mini-camp practice. The Jaguars posted a picture of Bortles signing the paperwork shortly before 8 a.m. The four-year deal is worth $20,654,796 and includes a signing bonus of $13,341,672 and a salary cap number this year of $3,755,418. A source said Bortles' contract is fully guaranteed, like left tackle Luke Joeckel's contract was last year -- he was the No. 2 overall pick in 2013. In a statement released by the team, general manager Dave Caldwell said: “Blake has progressed really well this offseason and has brought a great attitude to work each day.
