The Buffalo Bills are not among the teams that will have compensatory picks in April's NFL Draft, the league announced Friday. Fifteen teams have been awarded 32 compensatory picks. The picks, positioned within the third through seventh rounds, are awarded to a team losing more or better compensatory free agents than it acquires in the previous year. The positioning of the picks is based on the value of the compensatory free agents lost. Those free agents are determined by a formula that factors in salary, playing time and postseason honors.
