Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor feels like he learned a lot from his experience with the Los Angeles Rams.
Taylor left the Rams this offseason to take over as the new coach in Cincinnati, and he’ll try to instill the same things that worked in Los Angeles in his new role.
Of course, that will start at the top, especially when it comes to communication between everyone within the organization.
Here’s what Taylor had to say about what allowed the Rams to be successful, courtesy of Greg Moore of Arizona Republic:
“In LA, I saw a great relationship between Sean, (GM) Les Snead and (team president) Kevin Demoff,” he said. “That’s one of the reasons why that organization was so successful, because they were one unit. There were no egos there. They were able to communicate effectively and put the best team on the field.”
