Bears expert contract negotiator Cliff Stein has struck again. Wednesday evening, the Bears agreed to terms with tackle Jordan Mills and defensive end Cornelius Washington to four-year contracts. The duo became the first 2013 draft selections to sign with their team. In past years, the Bears have been one of the best in the business at getting their draft picks in the fold and this year it appears to be no different. Chicago selected Mills in the fifth-round (163rd overall) out of Louisiana Tech. The 6'5, 316-pound tackle appeared in 37 games and started in 34 of them during his college career with the Bulldogs. Washington, a sixth-round selection (188th overall), appeared in 51 games at Georgia and finished his collegiate career with 76 tackles, 10.5 sacks and 17 TFL.
