Cavaliers All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving is likely to play against the New York Knicks tonight at The Q, barring any setbacks with his sore/hyperextended right knee, coach Byron Scott said after this morning's shootaround at Cleveland Clinic Courts. However, starting shooting guard Dion Waiters and center Tyler Zeller were both ill and missed the shootaround. They are listed as questionable for the game, while Irving is listed as probable. Irving, who did not speak to the media on Monday morning, has missed three games with the injury, suffered when he bumped knees with a teammate during practice before the team's recent trip to Florida. He has not played since the loss at Miami on Feb. 24, giving him more than a week of rest and treatment. Scott said he would be watching Irving carefully but still expected him to be able to play 34-36 minutes.
