Barcelona have warned Manchester United and Arsenal off making bids for Cesc Fabregas this summer, amid reports the midfielder could return to the Premier League. The Spanish international is rumoured to be surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp, with both Arsene Wenger and Louis van Gaal interested in his services. But Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has rubbished the speculation and insists he has no intention of letting Fabregas, or any other player, depart this summer. ‘We don’t want to sell players,’ he said.
