Watching defenseman Trevor Daley work his way out of Amalie Arena late Friday on crutches left Penguins coach Mike Sullivan with an uneasy feeling. “It's not encouraging,” Sullivan said Saturday before the Penguins boarded a plane to return home for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals Sunday at Consol Energy Center. Sullivan did not provide an update on Daley, who was unable to put weight on his left leg as he left the ice following a hit from Tampa Bay Lightning winger Ryan Callahan, other than to say Daley was scheduled for further evaluation in Pittsburgh.
