Matteo Guendouzi is clearly in trouble.

The Arsenal midfielder has not played for the club since their loss to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League, a game in which he did not exactly cover himself in glory.

Indeed, he was seen to grab Seagulls striker Neal Maupay by the throat during the encounter.

Maupay, of course, went on to score the winner for Graham Potter’s side as Brighton sealed a vital three points.

The Gunners have not exactly missed him, either, with Mikel Arteta’s side beating Southampton, Norwich City, and Wolves in the Premier League in his absence, prior to a draw with Leicester City.

And France Football have now relayed some new information about the midfielder’s future.

It appears that the 21-year-old could well be heading for an exit, with the summer transfer window looming.

The report states that Guendouzi’s behaviour during the game against Brighton, in which he also is said to have mocked the wages earned by his opponents.
