Tottenham and Arsenal have received a major transfer boost in their efforts to sign Lille star Victor Osimhen, who has been previously described as the next Didier Dorgba. Osimhen impressed this season as he was the French giants' top goalscorer with a total of 18 goals in 38 appearances across all competitions.

Lille manager Christophe Galtier has confirmed that the Nigeria international will be leaving during the summer transfer window and the same goes for Gabriel Magalhaes, who has also been linked with the Gunners and Spurs as well as Everton and Napoli.

Galtier is counting on the 21-year-old to leave in the coming months and that is why the club has already started looking for a replacement ahead of next season.

Galtier said: “Regarding Victor and Gabriel, yes, I’ve known for a long time that they’re leaving.
