Once again, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. TMZ was first to report Elliott was handcuffed over the weekend at a music festival in Las Vegas, following a physical confrontation with a member of security.

Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones issued a short statement on Monday, per the Dallas Morning News:

“It’s so unfair to comment at this point,” Jones said. “We have nothing but respect for Zeke, and that’s all we can really say at this point ... I know Zeke’s got a big heart. These are all bumps. People have challenges. That’s really all we got to say about it.”

The NFL suspended Elliott for six games in 2017 after allegations he physically abused his ex-girlfriend.
