Ander Herrera has questioned the priorities of Manchester United, claiming football is not the most important thing at the club.
The Spanish midfielder left United at the end of the his contract last summer and linked up with Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Herrera was a hugely popular figure in his five years at United, but feels the club has lost focus of what really matters.
‘I was very happy at that incredible club. I am very grateful to the supporters,’ Herrera said.
‘Frankly, I was immensely happy in Manchester, but at the club, there were times when I felt that football was not considered the most important thing.’
