Canes forward Alexander Semin has a concussion and will miss the final two games of the season, Canes coach Kirk Muller said. Semin did not practice Wednesday and Muller said it was a "maintenance day." But Semin was not at the morning skate on Thursday and Muller said after the skate that Semin was concussed. Semin's the Canes' second-leading scorer with 44 points (13 goals, 31 assists) and has a four-game point streak. He played 23:10 on Tuesday against the New York Islanders in a 4-3 shootout win and scored the first goal of the game.
