talkSPORT told you last month that Ajax were leading the two Premier League giants in the race to sign Zivkovic, who has attracted a string of suitors across the Continent since bursting on to the scene at Groningen last season. The 17-year-old, who has been likened to former Groningen and Chelsea ace Arjen Robben, has scored five goals in 22 league outings this term, and has turned out for Holland at Under-19 level. Zivkovic will move to Ajax in the summer after the Dutch champions agreed a fee of around £2m with his current club, who have also included a ten percent sell-on clause in the deal. The forward has verbally agreed a three-year contract with the Amsterdam club and has already met with their manager Frank de Boer.
