The Dolphins entered Thursday's game against the Ravens with the NFL's worst offense. They looked very much like it in a 40-0 road loss. Miami quarterback Matt Moore, starting in place of the injured Jay Cutler, threw a pair of pick-sixes and completed 25 of his 44 pass attempts for only 176 yards. The Dolphins were also held to 45 rushing yards on 19 carries and were shut out for the second time this season. "We're just inept," Dolphins coach Adam Gase said following the game. "We're not doing anything right. We'll look to fix it. We've got a few more days to come through this. "I'm trying to figure out the reason why we can't sustain drives." Gase, who called his offense "garbage" earlier this year, was clearly frustrated while speaking with reporters. His team's frustration level manifested itself in the form of three penalties during a brief scuffle late in the game.
