Every club in Italy is trying to boost its ranks to finally dethrone Juventus this campaign. Inter and Napoli are doing great business this summer, but Milan don’t want to be left behind and are reportedly working on striking a deal for a very interesting player who can improve their level as soon as he lands in San Siro.

AC Milan chief Zvonimir Boban is reportedly heading to Spain next week to try and get a deal done for Atletico Madrid star Angel Correa. The Italian giants are set to start the season this Sunday against Udinese, so their focus this weekend will be that match and nothing else.

The transfer window is open in Italy until September 2, so they have time to secure a deal for the Argentinian forward. According to Calciomercato, Boban will travel to Madrid early next week to hold talks with Atleti as Milan hope that this can be the right time to persuade Atletico to part ways with the Argentinian.
