Calcio Mercato are reporting that the negotiations between AC Milan and Chelsea over French midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko have reached a crossroads and have begun to slow down as the two clubs are struggling to agree on a buyout clause. The feee proposed by Chelsea is about 30 million euros while Milan want something closer to 20 million euros. This would apply after a one year paid loan worth 3 million euros.

Paolo Maldini is a fan of the midfielder who formerly graced the San Siro on a previous loan deal but was not redeemed due to the high price tag.
