In a move that suggests Mario Manningham is poised to join the 53-man roster, the 49ers waived wide receiver Marlon Moore today. After an impressive training camp, Moore, 26, was invisible in the regular season. He had one catch for six yards and was a healthy scratch in two of the past five games. Meanwhile, Manningham, who sustained two torn knee ligaments on Dec. 23, returned to practice in mid-October and spent time practicing with the first-string offense last week in London. The 49ers need to place Manningham on the 53-man roster by Tuesday in order for him to play this season.
