Tight end Vernon Davis hasn't practiced all week but sounds encouraged his left hamstring won't keep him out of Sunday's game against Indianapolis. He is listed as questionable as are defensive tackle Ray McDonald (ankles) safety Eric Reid (concussion) and running back LaMichael James (knee). Davis said he was simply waiting on clearance from team doctors to play. He's played in the 49ers' past 98 games including playoffs. On Friday he did individual conditioning drills on a side field as practice got under way.
