As the 2017 NFL Draft nears, most of the talk has surrounded the Cleveland Browns shocking the football world and going with North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky No. 1 overall. That would seem to go against the general consensus that has former Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett as the top player in the entire draft. At this point, it is hard to conclude whether reports coming out this late in the process are smoke screens or tell us more about the general thinking of a team. What we do know here is that the San Francisco 49ers, picking No. 2 overall, are not buying the Trubisky to Cleveland talk for one second.
