The Kansas City Royals are still rebuilding, but that doesn't mean there's not talent on the roster. Despite the low expectations for the 2020 season, KC boasts a handful of players with All-Star caliber talent. It remains unclear when the 2020 All-Star Game will be held given the current state of baseball amid the coronavirus pandemic, but when play does resume, fans in Kansas City should expect big things out of these three studs.

3. Adalberto Mondesi

Adalberto Mondesi has some holes in his game, but he plays to his strengths. One of the quicker players in all of baseball, Mondesi swiped 43 bags in 2019, while playing in just 102 games. He also led the bigs with 10 triples despite his shortened season. The 24-year-old needs to show more plate discipline, but he's certainly on the right track towards an All-Star nod.
