Never forget Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson plays baseball because NFL commentators won't let you forget it. Like Patrick Mahomes and potential first-round pick Kyler Murray, baseball has been influential in how Wilson throws a football and sees creative passes that other quarterbacks might not. Wilson tread that ground first for Mahomes and Murray to follow.

Suffice it to say, Wilson loves baseball and last offseason, he restarted his bid to keep those skills sharp, when he forced his way to his childhood team -- the New York Yankees. Following the trade from the Texas Rangers to the Yankees, Wilson returned to spring training for the first time since 2015. Now a year later, Wilson's back for a second helping.

According to NJ.com's Randy Miller, Wilson's spring training appearance in 2019 is set for Friday and Saturday.
