Sunday night proved to be a difficult one for Ole Miss. First, the Rebels suffered a de-commitment from 3-star offensive lineman Blaine Scott. About an hour later, 3-star defensive tackle Israel Antwine joined Scott in departing Ole Miss' 2018 pledge class. Scott and Antwine became the second and third prospects to leave the Rebels' 2018 class in the wake of the scandalous resignation of Hugh Freeze on July 20. Three-star cornerback Jaylin Williams was the first to defect on July 22. The news of Antwine's de-commitment was first reported by Oklahoma Preps' Scott Wright.
