How can we not go to the well with the greatest quarterback playing the game today? Mahomes knocked off a bum ankle in the AFC Championship game and threw for 326 yards and two touchdowns. 

Am I worried that the Eagles are ranked no.1 in passing defense? Absolutely not. The path they've had to take to get here and all the awful quarterbacks they've played down the stretch is a joke. Since the beginning of November they've played Daniel Jones 3x, Andy Dalton, Justin Fields, the corpse of Ryan Tannehill/Malik Willis, Matt Ryan, Taylor Heinicke and Davis Mills. The only half decent qb's they played were Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescott and they gave up 347 yards to Prescott and 33 points to the Packers. 

Mahomes and company are going to feast on this vastly overrated defensive unit. Mahomes has an extra week to rest his ankle and we all know how phenomenal Andy Reid is off a bye, and well this week is an unofficial bye week which means he's cooking up new ways to let Patrick Mahomes throw the ball downfield. 

This game should be high scoring and we don't expect a blowout by the Chiefs, so even if the Eagles get ahead, taking Mahomes passing yards over plays right into a positive script.
