James Lozano is a 16-year old double-amputee from Queens, New York who works with other kids and families who are going through the same thing that he went through as a young boy. The Mets heard his story a treated him to a dream day at Citi Field.

James is a huge Mets fan, so Bleacher Report and the Mets invited him to the stadium for a tour and some gifts. What he didn't realize is that he would also get to spend a significant amount of time hanging out with his hero David Wright.

People like James Lozano make the world a better place for other people going through very difficult times and it's great to see him get to live his dream on the grass and dirt of Citi Field.

Great story.
