LeBron James will help kick off Cleveland weight-loss challenge

Put down those nachos, Cleveland. For once, it will be good to be called a loser. Cleveland has a chance to become the first city to take part in "The 50 Million Pound Challenge," the national weight-loss initiative started by Dr. Ian Smith, best-selling author and diet expert on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club," and sponsored by State Farm. Smith and Cavaliers star LeBron James will kick off the challenge at 1 p.m. Wednesday at The Q in a free, public event. Maybe you should walk over there.
