"Shawn Andrews is out.Winston Justice is in.And Jon Runyan is in . . . Buffalo. At least, he was yesterday. The Eagles are in a pickle at right tackle with their season set to open in 24 hours at Carolina. Barring a last-minute signing, the Eagles will start Justice at right tackle to face all-pro defensive end Julius Peppers.Justice has had one start, a dubious one against the New York Giants two seasons ago.Beyond the Panthers, the Eagles have no way of predicting who will protect quarterback Donovan McNabb's right side because Andrews' back injury has become an enigma."That's how these things work," Eagles coach Andy Reid said yesterday. "I said that right from the get-go. When you're dealing with backs, they flare up and things happen."Meanwhile, Reid said running back Brian Westbrook seemed able to play against Carolina."He will be ready for the game," Reid said.Westbrook was added to the team's injury report on Thursday with an unspecified knee problem. He had arthroscopic knee surgery on his left knee in February, but Reid declined yesterday to identify which knee was bothering his tailback.Westbrook split several repetitions with backup LeSean McCoy during the early portion of yesterday's tune-up and then left the indoor practice facility at the NovaCare Complex. He was unavailable for comment."
