A top prospect with the New York Yankees was arrested early Thursday, accused of driving under the influence in a Range Rover, police said.

Mason Williams, 21, was headed west on Kennedy Boulevard when an officer saw him weaving in and out of a lane going about 50 mph in a 40 mph zone.

The officer conducted a traffic stop. Williams displayed "clues of impairment" and was arrested, Tampa police said. Williams submitted to a breath test, where his blood alcohol level measured about .06, below the level at which the law presumes a driver to be impaired.
