Yankees second baseman Brian Roberts appeared a little banged up after Friday's 7-0 win over the A's.

Roberts' knee was wrapped and he appeared to be walking gingerly around the clubhouse.

When a reporter said Roberts wouldn't be be seen limping Saturday, Roberts said, "I can't promise anything" before leaving the clubhouse.

It wasn't clear how Roberts might have aggravated the knee.

Roberts missed a game in late May after he drilled a foul ball off the knee. He finished Friday's game.
