Married Yankee GM Brian Cashman only went to cops about allegedly being shaken down by scorned lover Louise Meanwell after Meanwell started harassing his other girlfriend, sources told The Post.

And although Cashman claims to now be "just friends" with that girlfriend — Westchester soccer mom Kim Brennan — sources insist he clearly is "still smitten'' with her.

Brennan, 41, was recently spotted tooling around her neighborhood in a 2009 Toyota Highlander registered to the Yankees, one neighbor said."
