"An Atlanta woman has accused NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens of failing to pay $5,000 in child support per month.

According to the Associated Press, the mother of Owens' child placed a court filing asking the court to hold him in contempt.

Her name is Melanie Paige Smith, and her attorney, Randall Kessler, said that Owens' financial advisers told the woman that Owens has decided to not pay the full amount."
