That's the status of two key Red Wings heading into weekend games against the Ducks (tonight) and Flyers (Sunday)

Danny Cleary (knee) and Howard (broken right index finger) will be re-evaluated Monday, Red Wings general manager Ken Holland said.

Cleary was scheduled to have fluid drained from his left knee Thursday, Holland said.

"They'll (doctors) decide if they're going to do anything (further)," Holland said. "We'll give him a few days off here and decide Monday (if he's ready to play Tuesday against the Stars).
