"LenDale White has spoken. Now we'll see if the Titans are listening, or how much they care about what he said.

I talked to the Titans running back on Friday, not long after he'd finished a workout. He said some things he'd probably been feeling for a while now, but had chosen not to voice them.

White is frustrated, and wants to play. He can't stand watching games from the sideline, and can't see anything changing with the Titans, not with fellow running back Chris Johnson around. Heck, the guy is the LeBron James of the NFL.

So White would like to be traded, so he could have a chance at a starting spot elsewhere.

He said he's remained in good shape since season's end, ready to help.

"I haven't seen 230 (pounds) in a year,'' White said.

So what will the Titans do? I don't get the sense they're actively trying to trade him. At the NFL Combine last week, Coach Jeff Fisher sure acted like he planned on White being around in 2010. If Johnson gets hurt, the team could sure use White, who ran for over 1,000 yards in 2007 and racked up 15 touchdowns in '08."
