On the eve of training camp, hard-nosed winger Marcus Foligno finally agreed to terms with the Minnesota Wild.

Foligno, 26, signed a four-year, $11.5 million deal with the Wild late Thursday afternoon, a source confirmed to the Pioneer Press.

His contract carries an average annual value (AAV) of $2.875 million; he was paid $2.25 million last season with the Buffalo Sabres.

Foligno was the last Wild player unsigned heading into the team’s first practice this season on Friday. He was acquired from the Sabres on June 30 in a deal that also netted the Wild winger Tyler Ennis in exchange for Marco Scandella and Jason Pominville.
