"For the third consecutive game, the entire fourth quarter was garbage time. This time, however, the Warriors were on the positive end.

Coming off consecutive embarrassing defeats, the Warriors took it out on the Minnesota Timberwolves, 146-105 on Monday at Oracle Arena.

"We needed that in the worst way," guard Anthony Morrow said after totaling 20 points, four assists and four rebounds. "And not just a win, but a great win by a large margin."

The Warriors (2-4) certainly needed some good news. The team also learned Monday that Biedrins is suffering from Osteitis Pubis, which is inflammation of the muscles that attach his right groin and abdominal muscles. Biedrins will be re-evaluated on Nov. 23, which means he will miss the entire five-game road trip that starts Wednesday in Indiana.

Biedrins hurt his back in Wednesday's win over Memphis. He sat out Friday's home loss against the Los Angeles Clippers but returned and played 21 minutes at Sacramento on Sunday. Nelson said playing Biedrins might've been a bad move after the starting center aggravated his back."
